The work is a glorious exploration of the communication problems we all experience when dealing with call centres and when our patience is tested to the limit by being "held in queue".
Your Call Is Important To Us was first performed at Leatherhead Theatre in October 2009, and it is the piece of original theatre created by the company with Rachel Barnett.
